01 · How we think about it
Weight is one measurement. Your plan weighs body composition, strength, metabolic health, habits and goals, and covers nutrition, resistance training and what follows treatment, all in your Blueprint and revisited at each evaluation.
02 · How it runs
Compass: 80+ biomarkers including fasting insulin, HbA1c and an extended lipid panel, Styku body composition, resting metabolic rate and force-plate testing.
Rachel Cushman, PA-C builds the nutrition and metabolic plan; your physician sets the training block. GLP-1 therapy is prescribed where clinically appropriate.
On medication: dose, side effects, protein, training and eating, reviewed with a clinician every month.
Body composition, resting metabolic rate and strength repeat at every evaluation, and the plan, including coming off medication, adjusts.
03 · What we will not do
Weight management is included in Ascent and Pinnacle; medication costs are separate.
A prescription follows the baseline and a plan, not a form.
We don’t quote pounds or timelines, only what we’ll measure and when.
