Membership at Paragon

One physician-led team, one connected plan, measured on a schedule.

Paragon is a physician-led proactive medicine practice. Instead of reacting to problems one visit at a time, we measure your whole picture, build one living plan from it, and keep re-measuring so the plan stays true as your health changes.

If you’ve been searching for a longevity clinic, this is that work under its proper name: proactive medicine, run by physicians, judged by your own numbers over time.

How it works

01

Assessment

The Compass Assessment measures the whole picture: 80+ biomarkers, VO₂ max measured directly, Styku 3D body composition, force plates, resting metabolic rate.

02

Blueprint

A physician reads everything together and delivers the Paragon Blueprint, your living plan: what to work on, in what order, and how we’ll re-measure it.

03

Membership

The same team runs the plan with you, re-measuring on a set cadence and updating the Blueprint as your numbers move. Every membership includes your baseline assessment and genetic testing.

The Compass credit

Not sure yet? Start with a standalone Compass Assessment for $3,250. Join either membership within three months and the full $3,250 applies toward it; the assessment is covered.

With and without membership

Two Compass Assessments purchased on their own come to $6,500. Ascent is $10,000 a year and includes both, plus genetic testing, quarterly reviews, and a physician-led team on call between them. Pinnacle re-measures quarterly; four standalone assessments would be $13,000 before any of the care around them.

The memberships are the same clinical work, kept continuous, priced as a year of it.

What the Blueprint looks like

Three pages from a complete sample Blueprint, built for a fictional member so you can see the format before you book: the score, one marker tracked over time, and the action plan that follows from them.

03 · The action plan

What to work on, in what order

“Take the inherited risk seriously, reverse the insulin resistance that connects the rest, then rebuild the sleep and structure that recovery depends on.”

Goal 1 · 12 weeks

Cardiovascular risk

MarkerNowTargetApoB118→< 80Blood pressure134/86→< 130/80hs-CRP2.3→< 1.0
  • Lipid-lowering discussion with Dr. Cushman
  • Home blood-pressure log: two readings each morning for two weeks

Goal 2

Insulin resistance

One mechanism drives all three numbers: the liver drift and the blood pressure ride the same insulin resistance. Reverse it and Goal 1 gets easier.

The Collective Care Model

One dedicated physician who knows your whole story, plus a navigator for everything beyond our walls: specialists, second opinions, hospital stays. A panel a fraction of the usual 2,000 to 3,000 patients per physician is what makes it work.

Payment: the annual prices above are paid up front. A monthly option is available (Ascent: $2,750 at enrollment, then $750 a month for 11 months; Pinnacle: $5,500 at enrollment, then $1,500 a month for 11 months); it comes to about ten percent more over the first year.

Assessment included: every membership includes your comprehensive baseline assessment and genetic testing. Standalone Compass is a single à la carte evaluation.

Insurance: care at Paragon is not billed to insurance; medications, outside referrals, and hospital costs are separate.
