Frequency & Cost – You will receive no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
No sale / no sharing – We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS-opt-in data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to send the messages you have consented to receive. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us deliver SMS communications, but only for that limited purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
Opt-out – Reply STOP to any Paragon text to stop all SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or call 480-372-3032. After opting out, you will not receive further texts unless you re-enroll.
4. Data Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information—including your phone number—from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Note: SMS messages are not encrypted and may not be secure. For sensitive medical matters, please use our secure patient portal or call us directly.
5. HIPAA Compliance
Paragon Total Wellness, PLLC complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) in safeguarding your protected health information (PHI). Because standard SMS is not encrypted, you should avoid sending detailed medical information via text. For PHI, use secure channels such as our patient portal.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose it only:
To service providers who perform tasks on our behalf (e.g., SMS delivery, appointment scheduling) and who agree to protect it;
